Michael M. Mann,
Ph.D.,
Chairman
Dr. Mann is the Chairman of
EnCompass
Knowledge Systems, Inc., a provider of computer-supported
solutions for corporate governance and knowledge
management,
and an Adjunct Professor of Industrial and Systems
Engineering
at the University of Southern California. He serves as an
outside director of public and closely held firms in
the technology,
health services, and consumer products sectors.
He previously founded successful manufacturing,
engineering,
and service companies, has served as the CEO of both
public
and closely held enterprises, and as a senior executive
with
major aerospace firms. He has served on the Army
Science Board
and as an Examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National
Quality
Award.
He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees
in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of
Technology, a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and Physics
from the University of Southern California, and an
Executive
M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles. He
is a Certified Management Consultant and is Board
Certified
in Business Appraisal. He has authored over one hundred
publications,
a dozen patents, and is listed in Marquis Whos
Who in
Science and Engineering, Whos Who in Finance and
Industry,
Whos Who in America, and Whos Who in
the World,
and is a recipient of the Patriotic Civilian Service
Commendation
from the Secretary of the Army.

Alan H. Greenstadt,
Chief Executive Officer
Alan H. Greenstadt is the Chief Executive Officer of EnCompass Knowledge Systems, Inc., a provider of solutions for corporate management, governance and knowledge management. He has served as a CEO in the Telecommunications, Defense, and Healthcare industries and has been has been the CEO of public and closely held corporations.
He received his B.S. and M.B.A. from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He served on the Board of the Federal Consumer Protection Agency in the Carter Administration, the Federal, State and Local Advisory Board of the FCC, as well as Chairman of the New York City Assistance Program. He has authored numerous publications and holds patents in the fields of telecommunications and applied aerospace technology.
Mr. Greenstadt was the Chairman of the Young Presidents Organization (New York Metro), an active member and committee representative of the National Cable Television Association and a Guest Lecturer at the Annenburg School for Communication at USC, The Tulane Medical School and the Tulane School of Public Health. He has also authored and sponsored significant successful legislation for Access to Medical Service.

Andrew K. (AK) Forthmann,
President & COO
AK has senior level industrial management experience in
civilian and defense companies spanning thirty years. He ran
the Wholesale Manufacturing Division operations for the
closely held Los Angeles Soap Company, White King D Inc.
Thereafter, AK served as CEO with DMTG, employing remote
sensing technology to Southeast Asia. He was also COO for
Advanced Digital Maps Inc.(acquired from Teledyne Geotronics)
providing mapping services and GIS for the DMA and DOD
within the Middle East.
Additionally, AK served as Executive Vice President of
Airborne Systems, an engineering and photogrammetric company
supplying digital mapping to the AFBDA. Within the financial
services industry, AK has tenure with UBS/Paine Webber and
Merrill Lynch as a Private Wealth Advisor and Business
Development Consultant for private banking and corporate
finance.
AK is a director for closely held firms, EnCompass Knowledge
Systems Inc. and Ameritel Partners LLC. He holds Series 7,
63, 65 and Insurance Licenses. AK has attended numerous
Executive Management Programs and received a B.S. degree
from the University of Portland.

Edward J. Dwyer,
EVP – Finance and Planning
Mr. Dwyer is an experienced business executive and management consultant, and a founding partner of the North Hampton Consulting Group, LLC. He is a seasoned professional with management background in finance and operations. He has had hands-on experience in financial performance improvements and turnarounds with extensive involvement in the Internet, telecommunications and information services industries.
His experience also includes managing turnarounds and bankruptcy reorganizations as well as managing startups and threshold stage companies. He has served in senior executive positions including CEO/COO of a major chemical manufacturing company, managing director of an Israeli high tech startup, VP of operations of a regional snack food company, chief restructuring officer of a marketing and distribution company and CEO of a digital mapping company.
Mr. Dwyer is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and the board of managers of Dyno Merchandise LLC.

Tommy Tam ,
VP Engineering
Mr. Tam has a proven track record in building successful products and top-notch organizations in the fast-paced technology industries. He has a strong background in engineering management, system architecture and process development.
Before joining EnCompass, he was the Founder and VP of Engineering for Accela, an enterprise software provider for government agencies. He managed a development team of 30 in the U.S. and 100 in China, combining the best talents on both shores.
Before Accela, he founded eAppointment and developed an online appointment system for the service industries. Mr. Tam had served as the Director of Engineering and Operations for various consulting, instrumentation, control system and multimedia companies. Mr. Tam's earlier in his career worked at Apple Computer and IBM, where he designed laptop computers, embedded systems and managed test engineering.
He holds various patents in computer hardware and software. Mr. Tam's education includes M.S. and B.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
